2022 was an incredible year for Broadstaff. As a team, we experienced unprecedented growth and reached unimaginable heights. As we head into 2023, we wanted to highlight some of the key moments that made this year so eventful.

1. Broadstaff contributed to DISH Network’s milestone success in expanding 5G broadband service across the US.

As the staffing partner of the DISH Network, the fourth major U.S. mobile carrier, Broadstaff was instrumental in meeting the first regulatory milestone on DISH Wireless’ path to building the world’s most advanced cloud-native 5G Open RAN network. DISH’s Smart 5G network growth through Project Genesis was made possible through the team of talent with deep experience sourced and placed by Broadstaff.

As of June 2022, DISH offered 5G broadband service to over 20 percent of the U.S. population – an industry and global first.

2. Broadstaff partnered with Sitetracker to solve telecom workforce challenges

In November 2022, Broadstaff announced our partnership with Sitetracker, the telecom industry’s leading deployment operations management software for critical infrastructure providers. Together, Broadstaff and Sitetracker are tackling the staffing challenges facing the telecom industry as spending rapidly increases to keep pace with the demand for 5G and expanded broadband access. Broadstaff is expanding our network of qualified candidates to offer trained experts in Sitetracker’s cloud-based software to allow telecom companies to implement the technology platform quickly and efficiently.

3. Broadstaff partnered with Fortune 50, Fortune 500 companies.

In 2022, Broadstaff became the proud staffing partner of Verizon Communications and Cox Communications in addition to many other industry-leading companies. Thank you to all of our clients for your continued support and partnership – we couldn’t have done this year without you!

4. Broadstaff grew exponentially – in both revenue and size.

It’s no secret that we’re proud of our rapidly growing revenue and ever-expanding team. In 2022, Broadstaff expanded our expertise, launching our IT division. We doubled the size of our industry-trained recruiting team to support the demand for talent skilled in the areas of telecom, technology, engineering and digital infrastructure. 

Broadstaff proudly made the ranks of the Tampa Bay Business Journal’s 2022 Book of Lists. Broadstaff is the second largest veteran-owned business in Tampa, ranked by number of employees, and is Tampa Bay’s 15th largest permanent employment firm, ranked by number of direct-hire placements. Ranked by revenue, Broadstaff is Tampa Bay’s 22nd largest woman-owned business.

In 2022, Broadstaff experienced a record-breaking 150% growth in revenue. Broadstaff’s 2021 revenue growth was recognized multiple times throughout the year, by Staffing Industry Analysts, Inc. Magazine, the Tampa Bay Business Journal, and more.

5. Broadstaff made an impact in our communities.

Broadstaff tapped into our HIRE purpose this year by directly changing hundreds of lives through job opportunities, bringing a more connected future through supporting our clients’ efforts of 5G expansion, and giving back to the communities around us.
