Broadstaff is No. 38 on SIA’s Annual List Recognizing US Staffing Firms That Achieved Significant Organic Growth Over Five Years
Broadstaff has been named to the 2023 List of Fastest-Growing Staffing Firms. Published annually by Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) – the global advisor on staffing and workforce solutions – the list ranks US firms by compound annual growth rate (CAGR) for US staffing revenue from 2018-2022, excluding acquisitions. Ranking at No. 38, Broadstaff had a CAGR of 52.8%.

This year 158 staffing firms qualified for the list, up from 122 firms last year. To be considered for the Fastest-Growing Staffing Firms list, companies must have achieved a minimum revenue threshold of $1 million in 2018 and experienced a CAGR of at least 15% between 2018 and 2022. Qualifying data for the ranking is collected and evaluated in SIA’s annual staffing firm survey.
The median 2023 CAGR for all firms listed is 33.8%. California was the state with the most headquarters of firms on the list followed by a tie of Florida and New Jersey. Information Technology (IT) was the most prevalent segment on the list at 59 firms followed by the travel nursing segment at 47 firms. Additionally, 43 listed firms exceeded $300 million in revenue and 12 had revenues of more than $1 billion.
This marks the second time Broadstaff has appeared on the list of Fastest Growing US Staffing Firms by SIA. Earlier in 2023, Broadstaff ranked on Inc. Magazine’s Inc. 5000, Tampa Bay Business Journal’s Fast 50, and Women Presidents Organization (WPO)’s Women-Owned/Led Companies lists of the fastest-growing companies.
